Rigid balsa wood core panels are precision cut, squared, and sanded to ensure dimensional accuracy and consistent surface quality, supplied exclusively in standard 1220mm x 610mm panel format.

The panel can be customized in size upon customer request.
Flexible
Flexible balsa wood core panels are precision-scored to improve conformability over curved surfaces. To achieve this, these panels have a fiberglass scrim glued into the surface.
Grid Score Size
Available in 25x25mm or 25x50mm block configurations, and can be customized to meet specific project requirements upon customer request.
Side Flexibility
The panels can be single side or double side flexible.
Coating
A controlled resin layer is applied to the panel surfaces to improve resin distribution and ensure optimal flow during vacuum infusion, enhancing bonding performance and structural integrity.

Perforations
Precision-drilled perforations improve resin flow during vacuum infusion, enhancing laminate adhesion, reducing air entrapment, and ensuring consistent consolidation while maintaining the structural integrity of the balsa core.
Perforation Gaps
The perforations can be 25x25mm or 25x50mm.
Thickness Perforation
The thickness of the perforation can be to cross the panel or upon customer request.
Grooves
Grooves are precisely machined into balsa core panels to improve resin flow, enhance laminate bonding, facilitate air evacuation during infusion, and maintain structural integrity and consistent mechanical performance.
Groove Configuration
Typically 2–3 mm wide and 2–4 mm deep, spaced or according to project requirements.
Direction
The groove can be in a single direction or in both directions.
Microgrooves
Microgrooves are finely machined surface channels designed to optimize resin distribution, enhance laminate adhesion, and promote efficient air evacuation during infusion processes while preserving structural integrity and surface consistency.
Microgrooves Dimensions
Machined with widths from 0.8 - 1.5mm and depths between 0.8 - 2.0mm, with spacing generally set from 10 - 25mm depending on resin flow and infusion requirements.
Microgroove Direction
Microgrooves can be in one or both directions of the panel.
